Lee,
I just wanted to pass along the thanks from our family to the cast and crew from South Bay for getting the 'Allie E' in the water for this weekend. Dave and Chris have been a joy to work with and have done things the 'right' way. There were no short cuts, no cheap ways of getting the work done. It was hard work and dedication that has us enjoying a 15 year old boat that looks almost new.
We couldn't be happier with our decision to join South Bay. The exceptional customer service, facilities, and most importantly people you employ have made our 1st month everything we had hoped for.
We are looking forward to the last couple of weekends as fall sets in and are excited for the beginning of the 2012 season.

Good Morning Pam & Lee!
Hope you have both survived the July 4th weekend? Things were really hopping in the harbor over the weekend, which is good!
I loved the band on Friday night. I didn't realize you had someone lined up to play, but could hear the music from the boat! Hope you do it again next year, we'll take a bike ride over and check them out! Perhaps they'd come back again?
We just want to say how much we enjoy the harbor and everyone involved with it! From the storage to dockage. It's always a pleasure to walk into a clean bathroom, showers, restaurant and boaters lounge! I've been at many harbors and they aren't as nice as your facility! It's very family friendly and customer oriented! Even the harassment we take for having a sailboat from Lee! J I know you both put in many long hours, but it really shows over the whole facility!

I want to thank you for working out our transportation situation for the Kenny Chesney concert. I hope we can do it again next year. Hopefully he will return to Green Bay. By the reviews… I think he will. Your staff and hospitality was outstanding. Thanks again!

Barb and I thank you very much for the great time we had at the party last Saturday night. Everything was excellent!!
Although we are "rookies" at the Marina, you and your staff made us feel very comfortable.
Pam and your staff certainly are an integral part of the experience. Everything was so well planned, organized, and implemented.
Please thank the McDonald family on our behalf for the great facility. It is very well planned and also very well maintained. Once again, very organized, and clean.
We are not liking the fact that Summer is drawing down, but are happy about the nice time we had this season.

Wow what a difference two years makes. My wife and I looked at your marina back in 2005 and to see it today, you have done a great job of making the place one that will last. (as a Marina Owner in my past life I can tell you, you are doing everything right!) Love what you have done with the pool, lounge, parking, even offering fire pits (away from the boat) as that was always a request that could not be accomplished in Michigan.
I am back in the market for a boat, and we will be making South Bay our home if everything works out.

Subject: Thanks for a great time!
We traveled by boat from VA to Green Bay in the last seven weeks and stayed in almost 40 marinas. South Bay was at least tied for top spot for marina facilities and was the top for staff helpfulness and friendliness. Lee does a great job and has hired great staff to assist. We had a lot of great help from Chris, but also Jordan and others.
Thank you for our great stay with you these last few days. United has brought us home. Now we just hope the shipping co. tows the boat home safely.

Subject: Excellent South Bay Marina & Staff
Wanted you to know that we went home on Tuesday and will plan to be back at the marina the middle of August. We had a great time and as always remain impressed with the quality of the marina and the service! On Monday we had a terrific boat trip to Lake Michigan and the day was perfect!
Looking forward to returning around the middle of August (to attend the 2nd preseason game)!
